With the folder permissions set to “Anyone at your organization with the link” you can copy/paste the link (or use the embed code) to use in your current Canvas site or multiple Canvas sites. See this page for instructions on Adding Panopto materials to your Canvas site.

If you are reusing Canvas pages or modules from previous semesters containing Panopto videos, the links to the videos will remain the same.

Go to https://upenn.hosted.panopto.com and sign in with your Pennkey

Click Browse on the left-hand navigation menu. Enter the name of the old course in the search box and select the course folder that corresponds to your old course. Press the enter key or click on the magnifying glass to open the folder.

Click the tiny gear at the top right of the page to access the folder settings.

(Optional step) Click the Overview tab along the right column and change the “Parent Folder” to your My Folder and click Save. This step will move your old course folder into your personal My Folder.

Click the Share tab along the right column and change the permissions to “Anyone at your organization with the link”
