Catering
  • The auditorium is considered a classroom and no food or drink are allowed inside the room.
  • The lower level lobby can be used for food and drink but must be monitored and all food and drink kept in the lobby area.  Alcohol must be strictly controlled and is not allowed to be served to minors.
  • We do not have tables or catering supplies to lend.  There is no ‘backroom’ for the caterers to work from.  The caterer is responsible to remove all trash generated.
  • All rental furniture must be dropped off and picked-up the same day of the event.
Fees
  • PCPSE is open M-F, 8:00am – 9:00pm.  PCPSE has housekeeping, and a security officer at the main desk, during those hours.
  • Large groups and all-day events will require an additional housekeeper to monitor the auditorium, the lower level lobby and the restrooms.  There would be an extra charge for that housekeeper.
  • PCPSE is not open on the weekends.  Weekend events would require a housekeeper and a security officer to cover the event.  There would be an extra charge for both.
  • Special furniture setups can be arranged through Visual Sound, www.visualsound.com  They too will charge a fee.
 Other
  • Given that the auditorium is on the lower level, it is a good idea to have a greeter on the first level to direct people.
  • PCPSE does not have tables to lend for registration purposes.
  • There is not a secure room for out-of-town attendee’s luggage.
