Apple Mail Vulnerability April 2021

We have received a security notification regarding Apple Mail on all Macs running versions of software older than macOS Mojave 10.14.6, macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, and macOS Catalina 10.15.5, including all versions of the macOS older than 10.13.

If you are running a vulnerable version of macOS, please update your Mac and reboot after doing so immediately. If you cannot update, please remove your email account from Apple Mail and consider using Outlook or Outlook Web Access until you can.

Data Center Emergency Maintenance on Sun, 1/5/20

Following the power issues that occurred in one of the University's primay data centers on Jan 1, ISC-TS has scheduled emergency maintenance work for Sunday, Jan 5, from 6 am - 10 am.

Guest Wireless Access Has Changed

As of April 27, the University has changed the way guests access our wireless network using AirPennNet-Guest. In this new system, guests will need to register each day, but they won't need a PennKey. Here is a guide to the changes.

On January 4, ISC upgraded AirPennNet-Help to version 5.0.592 The new version is fully functional on all currently supported versions of the operating system at the University, and resolves a previous problem connecting to AirPennNet. This article was updated on January 24, 2017.
