Google no longer offers unlimited free storage for Google Workspace for Education. As a consequence of this, the policy for alumni Google@SAS accounts will be changed beginning in 2025 for all alumni, including for the Class of ’25 and all future graduating classes.

The alumni Google@SAS storage quota will be 10 GB for all alumni, effective 60 days after their graduation date. In addition, alumni Google@SAS accounts that are inactive for one year or more will be deleted. There is currently no change to the policy which gives alumni the option to forward email sent to their @sas.upenn.edu address to a personal email address of their choosing. PennKey

Your PennKey username and password grant you access to certain University resources. You can learn more about PennKeys here. If you know your current PennKey password but would like to change it or if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
