- Fisher-Bennett Hall Ground Floor
- Language Resource Center (441 Williams Hall)
- Cohen Hall room 235, and 371

If your print job fails to print or you get damaged pages from the printer, support staff may be able to assist you in re-printing your job at no charge. Support staff can be found in:
DRL - see the attendant at Multi-Media Services
PCPSE - the SAS Computing office in room 106
If you are unable to get assistance with a re-print, use this form to report the problem. We will provide a refund if it's impractical to provide a reprint.
We will only provide re-prints or refunds if you release your job and you receive damaged output from the printer, or no ouput at all. We cannot provide re-prints if you find that you printed the wrong documents, or chose the wrong settings for single-sided or double-sided output.
