To assist with investigating mail delivery issues we will need message examples saved out in the .eml format.

In OWA or in Gmail, select the message you want to save to view the message. Select the 3 dots in the top right of the message and then select download. This will download a .eml file. Please share the .eml file via Box or compress the file into a .zip to share via email with your LSP.
