Self-serve video recording room for
American Sign Language Courses
This room includes a self-operated video recording system that records directly to DVD-R media. The room is located in Multi-Media Services, in the basement of DRL. It is typically used by students in American Sign Language classes.
- When you come to do your recording, please be sure to bring a blank DVD-R disc. (It’s not a bad idea to bring a spare, too.) You can buy them at Computer Connection or Penn Bookstore. Be sure that you DO NOT get a DVD+R; that’s a different format, and will not work.
- When you arrive at Mutli-Media Services, see the attendant at the reception desk. They will open the recording room for you, and help you get setup.
- When finished, please see the attendant so the room can be locked up.
- If you have problems making a reservation, please send mail to reserve@sas.upenn.edu
