Biographical Information

2002-2008: IT Instructor, Nettrain Inc. Marlton, NJ. Taught A+, Network+, MOS (Office 2000/2003), MCSA/MCSE (Windows 2000, XP/Server 2003), MCDBA (SQL Server 2000), and Cisco CCNA

2005-2012: IT Support Specialist Sr., Penn Arts and Sciences Computing. Provided support for the faculty and staff of Claudia Cohen Hall (formerly Logan Hall), 3619 Locust Walk (Fiji House), and ancillary classroom support under Al Matthews

2012-2019: IT Project Leader, Penn Arts and Sciences Computing. Complete support for public computing assets in SAS Computing, and the Penn Central Pool (classrooms, labs, kiosks, TVs, and printers)

2019-Present: IT Manager, supervising SASC personnel in Natural Sciences and Multimedia Services.
