How to View List Archives

LISTSERV archives allow you to confirm that your message was successfully distributed.
If a message appears in the list’s archive, it has been accepted and sent to subscribers according to the list’s configuration.

1. Find the List

  • Click List Dashboard in the upper-left corner.

  • Use the search box under List Name to filter for your list.

  • Select the List Name from the results below to bring you to the Archives page.

2. Locate the Posting

  • Use the search box under Subject to filter for your posting.

  • Click the Subject name of the posting to view its content.
Archive Content
  • Select the appropriate date to view content from that time period.

What the Archive Confirms

  • The message was accepted and distributed.
  • The message was not blocked due to moderation or posting restrictions.

If You Do Not See Your Message

  • Confirm you posted to the correct list address.
  • Check whether the list is moderated.
  • Verify that archives are enabled for the list.
  • Check your email for rejection or moderation notices.
