To add subscribers to an L-Soft list, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Listserv URL (https://lists.upenn.edu) and log in with your admin credentials.
- Once you successfully login, the first page you see is the List Management page, where you are on the list dashboard.
- On the left hand side, click on Subscriber Management.
- At the top of the page there is a dropdown menu of the lists you own.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the list you want to edit or use the filter button and type in the list you want to manage.
- In the last box on the page, type in the email address and/or name of the subscriber you want to add.
- Select whether you want to notify the subscriber.
- Press Enter on the keyboard or Click the button that says “Add Subscriber”
- In blue colored text – it will let you know if you successfully added the subscriber. Will also let you know if they notified the subscriber.
OR:
- Go to the Listserv URL (https://lists-tst.isc.upenn.edu) and log in with your admin credentials.
- Once you’ve selected your list, click on Subscriber Reports
- Click inside the button that says ‘Add Subscriber’.
- Type in the subscriber you want to add.
- Check off the button if you want to send them an Email Notification.
- Click ‘Update’
