To add an unsubscribe link to outgoing messages from your list, follow the steps below:
1. Go to https://lists.upenn.edu and log in with your L-Soft admin credentials.
- If you don’t have an account, click “Get a New Password” to create one using your Penn email address.and login with your L-Soft account information. If you do not yet have an L-Soft account set a password to create one.
2. Once logged in go to List Management>Mail Templates:
3. In the Select List drop-down menu to the right, choose the list you would like to manage.
4. In the Search Templates text field, enter DEFAULT_BOTTOM_BANNER_HTML, then select the link below.
6. On the next screen:
- Set the Subject field to: Unsubscribe link
- In the Contents field, paste the following exactly:
.CS UTF-8

To unsubscribe from the &LISTNAME list, click the following link:
<a href="mailto:listserv@lists.upenn.edu?subject=Unsubscribe&BODY=unsubscribe%20&LISTNAME">Unsubscribe using Email</a>
########################################################################
9. Click Update to apply your changes.
This will automatically add a clickable unsubscribe link to the bottom of HTML-format messages sent through the list.
