To allow external senders (who are not members or owners) to send messages to a Listserv list, follow the steps below:
1. Go to https://lists.upenn. and log in with your L-Soft admin credentials.
If you don’t have an account yet, click “Get a New Password” to create one using your Penn email.
2. Once logged in, navigate to List Management > List Configuration.

3. In the Select List drop-down menu to the right, then choose the list you would like to manage.
4. Click the Subscriptions button.

5. Scroll down to the Send section and locate the Special field.
7. In the Special field, enter the email addresses of non-member, non-owner senders you wish to allow.
- To allow another L-Soft list to send: enter (OTHERLIST)
- To allow the owners of another list to send: enter Owner(OTHERLIST)

8. Save your changes.
To remove a non-member sender, delete their address from the Special field and then select Update in the bottom right.
