It is recommended that users with an aliased SAS address be added to PennNet Mailing Lists with their pennkey@sas.upenn.edu address rather than their aliased SAS address. If the user is added with the aliased address as a member of the list the service will attempt to resolve for the alias@upenn.edu which does not exist, generating an error message to the list owners. If the aliased address needs to send to the list the user should then be added to the Special field as a non-member sender to the list. This located at List Configuration>Subscriptions>Send>Special.
